Elastomeric Coatings
An elastomeric coating is a coating that’s capable of being stretched at least twice its original length (100% elongation) and recovering to its original dimensions.
Elastomerics are used in commercial roofing as a liquid that gets applied on top of an existing roofing systems to form a membrane. They also make the roof:
- waterproof
- a monolithic layer
- ooler by adding an element of reflectivity from the sun
- have an extended life

My experience with JTS Enterprise was extremely positive. The workers showed up early @6:46am. Immediately after the old roof was removed and the roof inspected. The install was started and completed by 6:30pm. The crew cleaned up and made sure that there were no nails left behind in the ground. My interaction with John was very informative. The communication between JTS Roofing & Construction with my insurance company was great. I was alway informed of there communication. I highly recommend.
