My experience with JTS Enterprise was extremely positive. The workers showed up early @6:46am. Immediately after the old roof was removed and the roof inspected. The install was started and completed by 6:30pm. The crew cleaned up and made sure that there were no nails left behind in the ground. My interaction with John was very informative. The communication between JTS Roofing & Construction with my insurance company was great. I was alway informed of there communication. I highly recommend.

I hired Jon with JTS Roofing & Construction 2 years ago after my house flooded. The house flooded again 2 weeks after returning after the first repairs were done. Jon was compassionate and worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure our claim was fairly paid and the house was repaired ASAP. Jon even contacted me during the second flood event (Imelda) to make sure I was safe and to reassure me he would get the job done again. Jon even showed up that evening with fans and dehumidifiers to begin the dry out process immediately. I would definitely recommend Jon and JTS Roofing & Construction!

Jon took everything out of my outdated bathroom and replaced everything! I didn’t have to do a thing! He made it very easy for me. He chose everything for me and did a great job with my washroom as well. He also did some odds and ends in my kitchen. I was very pleased with Jon’s work! He should receive an A+ all around! His manners were terrific. He was fantastic!

I would like to give a solid two thumbs up to JTS Roofing & Construction on the work they performed on my roof after hail damage. This is the second roof they have replaced over the years due to hail. They were very professional and honest as they explained the whole process to me from start to finish. John came out and assessed the damage. He took care of dealing with the insurance company so I did not have to. That’s usually a big hassle that I didn’t have to endure. John found quite a few more items damaged than the insurance adjuster found. He got it all replaced for me at the same reasonable cost. Very punctual throughout the whole process. I was very happy at the end of the process and had a new roof to include ridge vents that improve both appearance (over my old turbine vents) as well as function. I highly recommend J&S Enterprises!
